Solution &
Result

Our approach was to identify more channel for customer inbound engagement. Based on the research we found the web traffic visitors on the brand website to be on higher side navigation into the helpdesk page for information.

We identified and implemented easy to integrate Chatbot Application to support the high volume with its conversational power. 

We partnered with Innobull to leverage their Solution leading expertise. This collaborative partnership resulted in one of the more user friendly solution we have seen out there to improve Customer Experience
