Customer contact data exposed to agents on the App allowing them to connect directly with the registered landlords causing loss of business due to offline trade.

Landlords do not use Business app which reduces the Agents engagement for App to App call function

Our approach was to research and identify a solution to ensure data privacy and business continuity

  • Innobull Created a In-App SDK dialer for hosted on the client App
  • Mask all contact details mapped to each property
  • Outbound call trigger from In App Hiding the Customer contact details
  • Call routed via SIP voice call choosing the telco prefix for direct all to landlords
